1. Services Provided

OP LUX LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of work is defined by the service type selected (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out).

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided through the website are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition or size of the home differs significantly from the description provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Safety and Access

The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. For the safety of our team, we ask that any pets be secured during the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to reach 50 five-star reviews by providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact Alex at (331) 213-3427 within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

6. Limitation of Liability

OP LUX LLC is fully insured. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service provided.
